Lady Bug is a pretty and elegant doe with lovely conformation
and an impressive pedigree. Her udder has lovely soft texture with good division, great attachments, and her
teats express easily.
2009 Update - We were bitterly disappointed when Lady Bug freshened with just a single
buckling - "Larrikin" - but he was gorgeous and definitely herdsire material.
2010 Update - As
if to make up for the single buck of 2009, Lady Bug produced triplets and we have retained them all! We weren't
actually planning to keep all three kids, but we were so busy organizing our move to Michigan that we simply didn't have
time to focus on selling kids - so they stayed. Seeing them grow, we are not at all sorry to have them in our herd.
Lady Bug and Pirate did a stella job on these kids and Lady Bug's udder is better than ever.
2011 Update -
We are thrilled with Lady Bug's linear appraisal score - EEEV (90). She continues to be one of the best milkers
in the herd and a total sweetheart. Note: We also had Lady Bug's 2010 daughter, Gracie, LA'd as "Youngstock".
Her score was V,Ec,Ec (Overall Score: Ec).
